Twin SIM notifications

I have a Noikia 4.2 phone. It is has a notification light which I find very useful and it has worked prefectly for many months.

I have just started to use te twin sim facilty and now I receive notifications on the notification area but any message/missed call does not activae the notifiction light. This is the set up, which I have not changed -

Settings - Apps and nitifications - Notifications - Mesages, all Items checked, Notification dot ON - Notification light On
