Had to factory reset phone, performed all what's on here that fixed it previously but for some reason I have lost the tweet sounds again.

I've done exactly as done some months ago, this time I've set it to make a tweet sound when a follower tweets, still waiting.

When I send a tweet out with no handle I get the sound.... twice, once for sending the other no doubt for receiving, so it looks like its working again.
