Twitter notification sound keeps using default text sound?

I keep changing it in the twitter app but it is not being recognized. Any ideas?

Have you solved that issue? Since last update I'm facing the same problem. I have a Galaxy S Advance (GT-I9070) and Jelly 4.1.2.

I am also having this problem as well with my Samsung Galaxy S4 on Android 4.2.2 . The default notification sound is overriding any changes I make within the Twitter app for the notification ringtone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Just an update here - I heard from someone at Twitter, and they're apparently aware of the bug and it will be fixed in the next update.
