Two GN7 tablets but only one 4.2 update so far...??

I bought my son the GN7 for his b day last month. I loved it so much I bought myself one last weekend. I received the OTA 4.2 update Tuesday. My son is yet to receive it on his tablet. Just wondering why this might be...?? I do not want to side load it ifn' I don't have to. Any thoughts??

It'll get updated some time soon. Devices often get updated based on serial numbers.

The last update(4.1.2) took about a week to get to me. Patience is virtue. Lol.
