Two HTC phone apps?

I was looking through settings, apps and there I noticed that there are 2 HTC phone apps showing. See attached screenshots. There seem to in tandem. Anyone else have this in their U11 Plus?

one version is 9.50.1005637 and the other is 9.59.1010558

I have both on my regular U11.

Notice the difference in size? The larger one is probably the phone app, the smaller one is probably some additional processes that the app needs.

it's unusual. Might be changed in future updates..
