Two questions

My ThunderBolt is non rooted and running with the Go Launcher EX. When I go into the "Dock Mode" I have 3 choices on my screen. Gallery, Music, and Calendar. How do I change them if I want? Or can I? And my next question is. When running my GPS I have Ivona Text-to-Speech. When sometimes I will hear a voice that I don't know where it came from telling me the same directions. All of my checks and switchs are in the right place. Really confused on this one. It was doing this before I went with Go Launcher also.
