Two wireless chargers both "hiccupping"

I have two different wireless chargers, one is the Verizon wireless charging stand and the other is the Tylt Vu. And the Note 5 does the same thing when I put it onto both of them so I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this on their phones.

I drop it on, get the charging splash, and a second or two later get the charging PAUSED splash. But then I pull down the notification shade and it still states charging wirelessly, still have the charging indicator on the battery icon as well.

I guess in the long run my phone does charge so it doesn't matter, it just makes me nervous.

(Oh and more info, it does this with or without a case on the phone)

Mine just started doing this for the first time 3 days ago. It drives me crazy in the middle of the night because it keeps beeping when it reconnects. Constant on and off. I even turned off the fast charge option in accessories. Still does it.

Try after a reboot, it fixes the issue on my 4 Galaxy phones when it happens, besides the possible charger issue, it seems that sometimes is software related, if not, a reboot won't be fixing it.

I'm just rebooting the phones at least once a week.
