I got the 32GB gold one and LOVE it so far.

I also got a 64GB type C USB stoage stick to store all my music on and loaded it up. When I put it into my phone it recognizes that it is in there, but none of my music players are finding the music.....any tips??

thanks!

If you open the phone's stock File Manager, can you see the external storage drive AND see the music files? I'm guessing you already made sure they're all in supported formats, but I still have to ask.

It shows that I have 15 gbs on the storage but not showing any files.

They are all the songs i had on my turbo and they works fine there. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Mostly all mp3s

If you connect the stick to a computer, does the computer see the files? Maybe the USB stick isn't in the correct format? Try copying any file from your phone into the USB storage. Does it copy successfully? Do you see the file in the File Manager or in a computer?

I can see the files on my computer when its connected there. I just tried copying a picture to the stick and it isnt showing up as an option to do so.

Sorry, I am not the greatest tech person in the world, but I really appreciate you helping me!

Now the files are found on the stick thru the phone, but doubletwist or Play Music isnt finding them. I can get them to play by going into the file storage, but it shows as a unknown artist.

Mmm... FAT32 should work, but you can try formatting it as exFAT and see if that helps. If you copy a song or picture from the phone to the stick, does the Music Player find it?
