Typing question

I have Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 S7275R mobile and when i want to change from lower-case to upper-case or upper-case to lower-case letters when i write SMS or any text i press the up-arrow button on the virtual keyboard and i must press it two times instead of one. What should i do to fix it?

Press once and the next letter is upper case. Press twice and you're in shift-lock - everything from then on is upper case. Press again and you're back to lower case.
