This reminds me of a day when i went to a sprinte store and this lady was there too who was getting her og evo fixed or looked at but when the technician came out he told her that they fried her phone by accident and where willing to give her a case for it. A case but no phone,what use does that do.? Lol.

Wow that is just ridiculous. Another ticker is that not every sprint service and repair store is corporately owned. If it was a corporate store they would have issued her a new phone. I've been there and I have fried phones, it takes very little to fry a motherboard. But I rectified my mistakes by replacing the phone not giving out a case.

Ok not going to say I take offense to that because you're voicing your opinion after all, but again like I said in my last message some places don't have fully trained techs.
