Hi everyone! My wife & I both have the U11 and she's cracked her screen. I replaced it once before and during this second screen replacement, ran into an issue I don't know how to fix.
Initially the new screen worked perfectly fine, but the finger print reader wasn't working. So I took it apart and tried to figure out why.
From there on that the device will not vibrate, neither screen will display anything, soft reset wont work. I tried plugging it into my PC and windows makes the noise then you plug in a USB device, so that's the only hope I've got.
I don't know what to try next, can anyone provide some suggestions on how to get the text messages and data on the internal memory of the phone? Appreciate all the help! Thanks
