UA record app ´workout didn´t sync. no network connection´

Dear android users.

I have recently bought the samsung gear s3 frontier and at the start it worked amazing, now 1 month later when i try to syncronise my workout with the UA app it does not do what it is supposed to. everytime i get the error ´workout didn´t sync. no network connection´
I am connected to bluetooth with my phone
I am connected to wifi
When i check my latest workouts on the app on my watch i cant find my recorded workouts form the latest month. anyone else having this problem or knows how to solve this?

I moved this to the Gear S3 forum for more specific traffic.
 
I too have the same issue with the UA record app, every since the Gear update it has been this way. Figured that the update broke something. I have tried uninstall/reinstalling the UA record app nothing allows me to sync to view the workout details. Plan on resetting the watch over the weekend and see if that fixes the issue.
 
After the update to 3.0 you have to figure most developers need to update their apps. Give it some time. Also make sure you update your apps.
