Uag vs tech21 case.

I'm trying to decide which case i'm going to keep. I had a tech 21 case on my note 7 for the short time i had it and loved it. NOw i've had my s8+ for almost 2yrs with a uag case and dropped it a lot and so far so good. But i like the smoke color of the tech21 and was wondering if its just as good at protecting against drops as the uag.

I have dropped my Note 9 in my Smoke Tech 21 case once or twice without issue. It has a thin design but for me, has been a proven protector in drops

Although .. I have my eye on the UAG Monarch case.
