Uber app trying to install

At least twice a day uber asks to install it's app on my Samsung 8. Never used it and don't want it. How can I stop it asking me to install all the time, I've checked it's not anywhere in my phone. Help!

I don't get it as often, but Uber keeps trying to install on my phone, too. I figure it's either a Sprint thing or a Samsung thing. Samsung makes a great phone but they're horrible for bloatware. Almost didn't buy one just so I wouldn't have to deal with the bloat.

I never get that on my phone so i don't think it's a Samsung thing. could always be some malware from another app those types of things can happen
