Why was the Uber app installed on my phone and how can I uninstall it? It looks like it's a permanent bloat-ware app with no uninstall option.

You can disable it, but not uninstall.

It was installed on my Note 4 from Verizon, but it let me uninstall it instead of just disable. But there is a bunch I cannot uninstall. Grrrr

Bizarre. I wonder how much Uber paid Samsung to get that branded into my phone?
