Ubuntu Wifi Media Sync?

Hi,

What solutions are available for using getting media on there droids from ubuntu/linux? I've seen various hacks, such as using FTP Servers, and bash scripts. I'm looking for a more elegant way, perhaps using Rhythmbox or Banshee. I've searched over at ubuntu forums with limited success.

An AWESOME way, if youre willing to shell out 20 or 30 bucks, is Ubuntu one.

Its a new feature in 10.10 that is basically a cloud hosting of your PC, including your media.

My buddy uses it and its pretty sweet, check it out.
