Ugh. What is up with the camera lag?

First off, I have no complaints with this phone other than the fact the camera takes WAY TOO LONG to capture a photograph. Is this a problem capable of being fixed by an update or will we have to live with this? Thanks.

Is it possible to take more than one picture in a row with Camera Zoom FX? I have the app and it wants to stop and have you decide what to do with each picture after it is taken. Is there a setting I'm missing? Thanks.

Yes, there is a setting you're missing.in the camera view, hit the MENU button on the droid, then CHECK the auto-save option seen at the top of the screen shot i provided below.
