Well, now that you mentioned it, the battery life on my s24U appears to look better. So far it seems my S24 Ultra is getting better battery life since the update.

I've noticed this too with my locked Verizon S24U. I also noticed the reason for this, at least on my phone. After the update, the My Verizon Services app was no longer installed on the phone. Prior to the update, My Verizon Services insisted on eating up at least the first 10% of battery life after being fully re-charged and removed from the charger. And the app could not be disabled or uninstalled. Thank God it's gone now.
Well, that's unfortunate.Well, that was short-lived. It's baaaack! But now, after the update, My Verizon Services no longer appears as an app in Settings->Apps. The only evidence of it that I can find now is it being first in the list of apps that used the most battery in Settings->Battery. Sigh...
I might be the worst battery icon I've ever seen LOL I hate it so much that I no longer have the battery in the status barI like options in One UI 7
Examples
Pull down notifications panel can have them split or together
The app drawer allows vertical or horizontal scrolling
What I don't like
The battery icon is hard to see(Status bar)
Same setting in multiple places
I agree and I left feedback on this from the s24u to the Fold 6 beta and nothing , you turn the percentage off and just watch the color in the pill go down or full when it's full colorI might be the worst battery icon I've ever seen LOL I hate it so much that I no longer have the battery in the status bar

I don't know anyway to adjust just that one action. However, there is a section in the Developer Options settings to adjust the animation scales across the device. I keep mine at .5x. You could try adjusting the scales & see if it makes any difference. Is there a way to turn off the home screen animation when you touch the home button when in an app? It's quite slow to finish the animation. I'd like it to just show the full home screen with icons when I hit home button.
I don't know what 'they' were thinking with the battery icon. On top of it being illegible, it's an eye sore. Sending feedback sounds like a good idea.I like options in One UI 7
