It won't give me the option to remove or delete, I've pressed disable but its a persistent little ? But it totally ignores that disable and continues to pop up.
I'm disabled at the moment and live alone, my fine has become my life line however its virtually unusable. As I've said I followed all yur suggestions
ie...
-factory restore
-deleting all the updates
-try to delete / disable app
It doesn't give me that option just disable app again I've said that this makes no difference what so ever.
