UK Carrier O2 released version 1.29.401.11 today

just installed the OTA update

looks like new HBOOT, new Radio, Im assuming it probably addresses wifi toggling on and off issues too

just an FYI really for anyone on 'other' carriers so you can harrass them and get it pushed out
