Replacement being delivered 3rd October direct from Samsung. They have said I can use my current one in the meantime. It is behaving faultlessly. Won't leave it charging unattended though.
I got the same date.
I was told when I registered that I'd be able to change to a blue one but today got told no and I was advised not to use my current phone.
I was told they are thinking of offering loan phones in the interim but no sort of compensation for the inconvenience of not having a phone for 3 weeks.
Think I'm just grouchy because they said the blue would ship earlier and I was promised that I could change to a blue when I registered but then they changed their mind
