Hi everyone,
A little about me.
First, I'm Canadian (eh). I work for a large Multi-Service Operator in a Platform and Services development role. Basically, I brainstorm, design, and build lab instances of platforms and services that may or may not be rolled out to our customers in future
It's a fun job most of the time, you know, when documenting everything you do doesn't slow you down.
I'm a College Graduate in Computer Programming and Systems Design (I focused more on the Systems Design, though I'm reasonably handy with C++, PHP, and various flavours of SQL).
My Operating System of Choice on a PC would have to be Linux (for work) or Windows 7 (for Play).
I'm an avid Android user, with a Moto RAZR and a Nexus S for my work and personal phones. I have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 running Cyanogen 9 (whatever the latest nightly is when you read this) and a Motorola Xoom Wifi running the latest stock release.
I will admit, I used to have an iPhone 3g, which was jailbroken within a week and still too restrictive and... well... dull, and I do a lot of my work/writing on a 2009 MacBook Pro.
I'm also an aspiring writer of YA Fantasy and Adult Sci-Fi Thriller/Mysteries working my way through the second revision of my first full length book.
If you have any interest in following that you can do so with my blog Id of an Aspiring Writer
