TWRP is still visible in Root Explorer. I remember having issues with the phone USB connection. Better get a new cable I think...

Mate you can just flash CWM recovery instead of TWRP and restore the ORANGE RUU from it. Afterwards you can flash stock recovery and relock the bootloader and you'll have a fully stock device able to receive OTA updates.
