Unable to capture screenshot?

So I tried taking a screenshot by palm swiping (which didn't work at all) and then by holding the power and home button but it says "unable to capture screenshot. DRM protected." However, using the screen write feature does work.. so any suggestions? Thanks

DRM stands digital rights management I think, and that technology is usually used in music and movies to protect copyrighted content, so I am not sure what is going on. Maybe others can chime in.

Yes some apps block it from what I've seen, such as Bank of America's mobile banking app.
