Unable to change Font size for incoming email.

Have followed instructions over and over again. Succeeded in changing form HUGE to something a bit too large, but it will not change anymore. Any ideas folks? Believe me it is not for lack of trying! Thanks.

Uncheck "Auto fit content" under general settings\display.

Thanks Ddavtian...doing it on behalf of a friend so have passed that on, as she is not with me now. Hopefully it will work.
