Hello,

Just got my s7 edge yesterday. I've attempted to change the ringtone but not able to.

Everytime I go to the "Sounds and vib" menu I get this message: "Unfortunately dashnet has stopped working" that's as far as I can go.
I've restarted the phone but still getting the same message.

Anyone else have this issue?

Carl

Try to restart in safe mode and see if you can do it there

Hi.

Had the same issue, it's due to a missing folder, if you create a folder called Ringtones on the phone storage and add what ringtones you like there then it will show up in the ringtones selection.

You may have to restart for it to show

Thanks for your replies. I've figured it out
First off, I have 2 s7 edges from Verizon promo. I compared the other phone to the one where the ring tone wasn't working and discovered that the one working didn't have the "Dashnet app". I Uninstalled from the phone with ring tone issue and it's now working.
