Unable to change screen zoom and font size on non-administrator account

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e (2019) running Android 10.

My parents also use the tablet.

I have created two extra accounts on the device (Settings > Accounts and backups > Users).

Whilst I (Administrator) can change the screen zoom and font size on my account, my parents can not.

They are not restricted profiles, just standard User profiles (though not Administrator accounts, as it appears you can't have more than one Administrator account).

Any ideas?

Android is really designed for a single user, and occasional use by people not the owner. So you have 2 choices - they're stuck the way things are now, or you have to give them your password/PIN.

I wonder what Samsung's logic is, for limited such options?

Or, it could be a Google limitation?
One or the other probably Samsung, but they only allow one administrator, like on my Samsung phones I don't even have that as a option, but my pixels and One plus device they allow multiple users but one administrator.
