Unable to connect Wear Watch and headset together

Hi,

i have a oneplus 3 recently purchased, a huawei watch and a plantronics ml 15 mono headset.
First i connected my huawei watch with the phone and then my headset.
But as soon as i try to connect both the devices with the phone, the other gets disconnected immediately.
i am not able to connect both of them together with the phone
i need a solution to this.

There really are no solutions as far as I'm concerened. No way to connect headphones to your watch or perhaps not use it while watching or listening to something? I have had a similar issue and unfortunately, I just had to deal with it but you can get a better gear and work it both ways... it really depends on you at this point. When it comes to 'solutions' none that I've heard of and I've done some research on the matter when I ran into a similar hiccup
