Android Central Question

I can't download any apps thru my mobile data. It usually shows download pending.
Twice I had sentence that app is big and I may be charged for download but it was only 67mb. Couldn't start download anyway....
All apps downloading with no problem over wifi- I'm sure I have data allowance and phone is brand new- I have it 2 days. Moto G6

On the Play Store app, open your Settings and under 'App download preference' make sure that 'Over any network' or 'Ask me anytime' is selected. Certain apps, however, will still try to force download over WiFi (I believe it's anything over 50 or 100 MB)

Hi, thanks for your help.

I did as you said (when in got into the menu option was set to "over any network " anyway) ... Still no effect can't download without WiFi....
All browsing web or connecting with games working without problem.
Strange...only downloads seems to be stopped....

Have you tried downloading any other small apps? What about force-stopping the play store? For me, whenever a download gets 'stuck', I just stop all downloads and try to manually update/download an app and then it works.

Solved! Note 9 android pie 9 fixed would show only Download Pending. Went to Settings>Apps>selected Google Play Store>selected Disable was then prompted with choice to restore to original default Version of Google Play Store selected yes to restore. After it finished restoring to original Viola! Downloads started working again. Mike
