Unable to download email attachment

When I try to download a 11MB attachment in my work email with the Samsung email app it says "Unable to download. File size too large."

I can forward the email with the attachment to my personal Gmail account and open the attachment in the Gmail app just fine.

I'm on wifi and I have unlimited carrier data.

Is there a setting somewhere I am missing?

In the e-mail app, settings, select the account if you have multiple accounts and adjust the limit on retrieval size. I have mine set at no limit.

I have my retrieval size set to no limit and still have this issue.
