Unable to download or update apps with mobile network

Hi, I own a Huawei GR5 phone which I have been using for some time now to download apps. However, for about two weeks now, I found out that I can't downlaod or update apps using Google pay store except when I am connected to a wi-fi. I have checked my mobile network and it works very well. Also, I have 10G free space in my internal memory and 19G free space in my SD card. I have gone through the steps provided in the "help" section of the playstore app but to no avail. Please how do I resolve this?

Sounds like you have some data saving function turned on. Perhaps in the play store app? Try force stop the app, clear its cache.
