Unable to edit Bass Boost setting in Google Play Music on Nexus 4!

Hi,

I am unable to edit Bass Boost (in Equalizer) setting in Google Play music app. It is set to its maximum value and the sound is not good.
what should I do?

Well that's interesting. I can't change mine, either, but I distinctly remember fiddling with that setting (and the 3D setting) the first time I used it.

Do you have headphones connected when you are trying to alter the equalizer settings?
I can change Bass Boost and 3D Effect only while headphones are connected. The top equalizer part is active with or without headphones connected.

I was wondering if that might be the case. I forgot my headphones today so don't have them. Thanks for confirming.
