Unable to establish a wireless data connection

I get this pop up sometimes when I turn off my wifi.

It says 'unable to establish a wireless data connection'

I was wondering if there was a setting I needed to change or something before I go to a sprint store to try to fix the issue.

Turn on mobile data before turning off wifi. If mobile data is off and you turn off wifi, there's nothing left that's turned on.

I always have mobile data on. Should I turn off the Wifi power saving mode?

Maybe I needed to turn this on....


To fix the issue?? I'm not sure.
