unable to flash rom

hi sorry to bother you guys but i am running the debloated stock ed01 with the 3-30 cwm and have been trying to flash the community rom but when in cwm and i try to install from the zip from sd card it comes up e:cant open /sdcard/community-rom-final.zip (bad) and then aborts.

any suggestions

Try to redownload the file. Sounds like you have a bad download. The file you have should be 159,356kb. If this doesn't work, maybe try to re-odin CWM as maybe there was a bad flash there. See if this helps. I know there were a TON of people with bad downloads of the community ROM because of the many people downloading it.
