Unable to forward or reply to emails received.

[Android Central Question]

I'm using the Samsung email app that came with my Galaxy Note 4 to access my Gnail account. Browser, Google Chrome. Within the last week I've been unable to, reply to or forward received Emails. No error messages. Just a popup stating messages are loading, in an infinite loop. I am able to create and send new messages. Trouble shooting. I've disables Gamil so I'm using only the Samsung App. I enabled Gmail. Nothing seems to work. Help
