Unable to get Apps on moto G5

[Android Central Question]

Hi
I have downloaded various Apps from play store , and when I click on them , they just hang , with nothing showing. Some apps are working and some not?
I have the easyJet and British Airways apps on my phone but unable to get them to work.
A brand new phone ,I shouldn't have to reset this at this stage surely?
Android 7 is the operating system , is this the problem as certain apps are not geared up for Android 7 ?
Appreciate any help

Welcome to Android Central! It's possible that some other app you installed is causing interference or instability. You might have to uninstall apps one by one to see if the problem goes away.

I assume that you've already tried a reboot, correct?
