Unable to hear during phone call

I updated to Pie yesterday in my Essential phone. They only way I can hear during a phone call is to have the speaker on. Didn't have this issue before the update. Anyone else experience this? It have any fix suggestions?

Others have reported it. I believe that Essential is aware of it and is working on it. (Don't ask how long it will take - when they find the problem it will probably take 2 minutes to fix it, and then they'll start sending out updates. The question is how long it will take to find it, and that question can't be answered for software. If they knew how long it would take, they'd know where it was, so it would already be found.)
