Unable to install game

Hi, I'm having a problem where I can't seem to install Subway surfers, its saying its unable to install on SD card or phone. I've had it before anyone can guess why it's not installing on my new S5?

Do you have plenty of storage available on Internal Storage as well as the SD card?

Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

I've got plenty storage on both the internal storage and SD card. Tried that still "Couldn't install on USB storage or SD Card" after it downloads and prepares to install..

Try clearing the cache of play store, or whichever store you're using to download it from

If that fails, reboot to recovery and clear the cache of the phone and try again

Is it only with Subway Surfers? You can download anything else fine?

yup everything else is fine, google play services updated everything from the galaxy app store to the play store is fine just subway surfers

How about trying to install it from Amazon Appstore (if it's available there)?

Have a look for any leftover files from it if you've had it installed before / partially / failed install that left something behind

/DATA/APP

SDCARD/ANDROID/DATA
SDCARD/ANDROID/OBB

Thing is when I first tried to install it, was on a brand new device straight out the box no files, will still look..

Have you tried grabbing the APK using an APK Downloader (Google search) and the Google Play link?

Try installing it manually that way too

The google search suggestion was for the downloader, the APK comes direct from Google Play, you just paste the play URL into the downloader

I did the imei check online n its genuine but its strange every other app
galaxy apps
playstore apps
installing other apps from the sd card
updates ota from samsung
s health
heart rate monitor
finger print scanner

all of these work, y not that one game?

What is the exact model S5 you have?

For example mine is the SM-G900F

Might be worth contacting the game dev and see if they know more, very strange
