Unable to make phone calls since updating to Marshmellow

[AC Question]

Hello everyone. Since updating my phone to Marshmellow yesterday I have been unable to receive or make phone calls. I have restarted it, turned it off and on again, wiped the cache and still not working. Has anyone else had this issue and if so what worked for you?

I have a samsung s5.

Full factory reset...is your only option I'm afraid! Sorry!
