Unable to pair Watch 4 with S22 ultra after reset

I had to reset my Watch 4 as it was no longer connecting to my S22 Ultra. Since then I've been unable to reconnect it to my phone. The watch is stuck on the 'get started in the Galaxy Wearable app' screen and the Wearable app doesn't discover the watch when I scan for it.
I've tried clearing the cache from the app, uninstalling and re-installing it and the watch still won't show on the list.
Any help would be great
 
Hello, have you tried resetting network in settings>general management>reset >reset network? This will reset all Bluetooth devices and WiFi password
