Unable to power on s9+ please help

[Android Central Question]

Hi i hope someone can help i got an s9+ dropped it in water. Opened the phone up after drying up was unable to turn on i plugged in the power cable and i can see the charging logo and after it shows the battery % which i charged to 100

however i cant turn it on is the motherboard dead? On opening the phone i did accidentally break the speaker module which i replaced with another s9+ module

Also tried to replace the power button ribbion still no luck

Anyone able to help me out? I got some sensitive imgs with no passcode so... not too keen on going to a repair shop

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, plugging the phone in and trying to power it on without first making sure it's absolutely dried (and not just with a towel) is a good way of shorting out circuits.
