unable to receive pix msg

I can send pix msg. But unable to receive pix every so often. It's not certain ppl. It's random ppl at random time. I'll get a gray box with a triangle with an exclamation mark in it. It is annoying! ! I'll have them resend to me and I still can't get it.

Which device? Have you spoken to your carrier? Have you checked to make sure your APN settings are correct?
