Unable to redeem free gift

I have been unable to redeem the SD card offer on Samsung pay. I have gone in and filled the form out, but it won't let attach a copy of the receipt. Anyone else having this issue? I click on attach file, and nothing happens. If I hit submit it tells me that I have to attach a file, but the button does nothing. Curious if there is a trick to it, or what could be going wrong. Thanks!

Check to see that you don't have a pop-up blocker on. If you click on the upload button look near the address bar at the top towards the right. If he see a little window symbol with a red line through it your pop-up blocker needs to be turned off. Otherwise try a different browser.

Thanks!! That worked, although now the form is telling me the imei or hex ID is wrong,. Even though it is the number on the Verizon site. Always something, right?

But thanks, I didn't realize the blocker world block that too

Sounds like you don't have your phone yet. I'd just wait and check my phone when it arrives.

I couldn't find it in settings, so when I googled how to find it, Verizon suggested I use their site for the ID....

Look on the back of the phone at the very bottom, it should be there. Or it's also usually on the box I think
