Unable to Review Apps in Galaxy Apps Store

I don't think this is an issue specific to my model of phone, but I'll specify that this is on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ just in case. It appears that I'm unable to leave or read reviews on any app in the Galaxy Apps store. I feel like that's a very important feature - it's informed many of my choices in Google Play - and there still is a star rating system, so obviously there must be a way to at least rate apps, if not leave reviews. I feel a bit silly, since it seems that I just can't figure out how.

You can't leave one if you haven't installed the app, but you should be able to read the existing ones.
