Unable to search device via bluetooth

Hi everybody,
I am using Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos 19082 .
My mobile is unable to search any device via Bluetooth , but if any device searches me then my device is found to other device.
I cant understand this problem .

Please help me .

Welcome to the forums!
Sometimes, devices need to be set to be visible to other devices. Make sure what you are connecting to is visible, and make sure your phone's visibility is set to time out.

My bluetooth headset blinking with blue light but still not searchable from my phone. Device name not apearing.
