Unable to send emails

[AC Question]

Hey. My phone is a Samsung galaxy s5. Each time I try to send an email using the email App it comes back with a message that says sending failed. I am able to receive emails though and use all other Internet related services.
Please help.

Try to clear cache and app data on the app

Might also be a problem with your email provider... so it's worth to check if you can send emails with the same email address from your PC for instance...
