Unable to send messages ‐ on only one group thread

[Android Central Question]

I can send and receive text messages just fine in my text message app on my Galaxy Note 8 - EXCEPT one group thread between myself and two others. All other group texts work fine, as does texting between the other two people on that one group thread. I have cleared cache and limited messages and photos. And rebooted several times. Still has the same issue in the input area "unable to send messages."
