Unable to setup Exchange account

[AC Question]

I am trying to setup an exchange email account on a new Galaxy S7 Edge. Once the correct settings are entered, it states verifying incoming server settings and just perpetually spins. We have not had problems in the past as we have many users setup on android devices. However, this just recently started. We have not made any changes on our Exchange server. Has anyone else seen this or have any suggestions? Thanks
