unable to sign in

I keep getting the following ... "You typed an incorrect password or your account has changed. Re-type your password. If you forgot your password and need to recover your account click here." At the bottom of this screen is " < CANCEL " and "TRY AGAIN >"

Regardless of what I do it will not let me proceed but keeps looping thru the same.

I recently updated to a new version of Android? that was suggested when I turned on the tablet.

First of all,sign in to where? What operating system did you update to? What tablet are you using? Is it possible that your account could have been hacked? When was the last time you signed in?
