Unable to submit new portals for Ingress the game

With my sony experia P I can choose Nia to share the gps tagged photo but it comes up asking what to share again and there is no further info to share the photo. Email twitter facebook. Please remember I was able to choose the correct Nia to share at the first step and add tag info.

Please help
I am 100%xm and no users or portal for hundreds of miles.

Went through each option found it needed to use google as the option to send. Now wait a few weeks to see if this game can be played.
